At iHerb+, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your iHerb+ account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
